An Architect by profession, Sunil lives a wealthy lifestyle with his mom and dad in a city in India. His firm undertakes a project in distant Rajgarh, and he travels there with his friend, Prakash. Enroute their vehicle breaks down and they take shelter in a mansion which is occupied by a watchman/caretaker. Once inside, Sunil starts to feel as if he has been in this place before and starts to recollect his past life - a life in which he was a Range Officer named Vinay, who meets and falls in love with a village belle, Chandramukhi, much to the chagrin of her lover, Dhuman, and Yuvraj Thakur Balbir Singh, who lusts after her. The story unfolds resulting in the tragic death of Chandramukhi. Watch what happens when Sunil starts to recollect how she died, who was responsible for her death, as well as what happens now in his present life.

Kamla and Mahapatra live a wealthy lifestyle in a small village in India. They are bereft of any children, they pray to Bhagwan Shree Indra and are blessed with a male child, Raghu. The Astrologer preparing his Janam Kundali (astrological chart) tells them that Raghu will grow up to be an atheist. Alarmed, Mahapatra ensures that Raghu is brought up in a strict Hindu religious background. But Raghu is won over by the four temptations Lobh, Madh, Kaam, and Krodh and becomes an atheist and continues to be one even when he is fully matured. Anapurna, his childhood sweetheart attempts to get him to be a believer, and even marries him for this purpose, albeit in vain. Then one day Raghu walks away from her life, leaving her uncle, Gangadhar, to arrange her wedding with wealthy Kishan, but she refuses. Gangadhar then approaches the Maharaja, who initially decides to oppose Gangadhar's plans, but starts to lust after Anapurna when he himself gets possessed by Kaam. The question remains will Anapurna be forced to marry the Maharaja?

The host interacts with the participants and celebrities as they talk about a particular problem for which they wish to find a solution. They are then initiated into a past-life regression session.

The story is about a simple man with high moral values. Avinash (Farookh Shekh) is a poor but self respected guy. His policy is to earn while you learn. He excels in his studies and wishes for an idealistic society to live in. He wants to change the world with truth and simplicity. Movie has beautiful Gazals from Jagjit Singh and Chitra Singh

Geeta (Smita Patil) has been institionalized as she had suffered mental trauma in her childhood. She is unable to recall the incidents surrounding the trauma, and is unable to get appropriate treatment. Amit (Farooq Shaikh) meets with Geeta, and falls in love with her. She is able to relate to Amit, and the doctors observe some progress in her treatment. Amit and Geeta both fall in love with each other. However, Amit is to marry Neena (Prema Narayan), and Amit's elder brother, Ravi (Shreeram Lagoo) will not permit him to marry a girl with a mental condition. There are only two options left for Amit - run away from home and marry Geeta; or leave Geeta to a uncertain fate, and marry Neena.
